Innkeeper Judy Ahmann welcomes you to the historic working cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon's awesome "Outback" country, 50 miles NE of Burns. This 2,600 acre ranch offers beautiful views of the lush meadows, sage brush, rim rocked mesas & pine-covered mountains of Eastern Oregon. Four bedrooms are available in this comfortably furnished two-story 1940's ranch house (with indoor plumbing). Refreshments are provided upon arrival, as well as a full country breakfast each morning. Supper is available for an additional charge. Activities include catch & release fishing in the central fork of the Malheur River, picnic hikes, wildlife watching, star gazing, helping with ranch chores, and quiet relaxing. Open all year, weather permitting. Smoking permitted outside. No pets or children under 12.
